Crapo Announces Finance Committee Staff Updates

Washington, D.C.--Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) today announced the following staff updates: 

Andrew Dell’Orto, Policy Advisor

Andrew joins the Committee from Blackstone, where he worked in government relations conducting due diligence and in-depth policy analysis on global and domestic political and regulatory issues.  Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) in Government from Georgetown University.

Phoebe Keller, Communications Advisor

Phoebe joins the Committee media team from the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), where she served as the Managing Director of Media Relations.  At AEI, she worked with AEI scholars to promote their research across issue areas including foreign policy, defense, and tax and economic issues, among others.  Before joining AEI, she was a press intern at the Supreme Court of the United States and the managing editor of her college newspaper, the Cornell Daily Sun.  Phoebe earned her B.A. from Cornell University, double-majoring in Government and History. 

Amy Nabozny, Health Policy Advisor

Amy joins the Committee from the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP), where she previously worked for Ranking Member Bill Cassidy (R-Louisiana) on public health care issues, among others.  Before the HELP Committee, she served as a Legislative Assistant and Legislative Correspondent for Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky), working on health care issues.  Amy earned her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, double-majoring in Government and History.

Eric Oman, Senior Tax Policy Advisor

Eric, a Finance Committee veteran, returns to the Committee from the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee.  Eric previously worked on the Senate Finance Committee under Ranking Member Crapo, as well as under Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), and also served as a tax and budget policy advisor to Senator Mike Enzi (R-Wyoming).  In addition to government service, he has held positions at a Fortune 500 high-tech company and a Big 4 accounting firm, focusing on legislative, regulatory and administrative developments on federal, international and state tax provisions.  Eric holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University, and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
