Washington, D.C.--U.S. Senator Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) announced new hires and staff changes in his Washington, D.C., office.
Grant Auman joined the Crapo office as Staff Assistant and D.C. Office Manager. Grant first joined the Crapo office as an intern in June. He previously completed an internship for U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts (R-Nebraska). Grant graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with degrees in political science, economics and Spanish.
Matthew Favero joined the Crapo office as Staff Assistant and IT Assistant. He first joined the Crapo office as an intern in 2022. Matthew graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in American studies.
Matthew Mondello has been promoted to Legislative Aide. Matthew previously served the Crapo office as a Legislative Correspondent. He previously worked for retired U.S. Senator Richard Burr (R-North Carolina) as a Staff Assistant and Legislative Correspondent. Matthew graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in politics. As a Legislative Aide, Matthew is responsible for pro-life, education and child development issues.
Carson Tester, a native of Nampa, Idaho, has been promoted to Legislative Aide. Carson previously served the Crapo office as a Legislative Correspondent and Staff Assistant. Prior to joining Senator Crapo’s office, Carson interned in the offices of U.S. Representative Russ Fulcher (R-Idaho) and Governor Brad Little (R-Idaho). Carson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business economics and a minor in political science from the University of Idaho. As a Legislative Aide, Carson is responsible for homeland security issues.
