Crapo, Idaho Leaders To Announce ESA Agreement, School Nutrition Award Today

Boise - Idaho Senator Mike Crapo will join state and federal leaders at noon today to announce an agreement aimed at stopping a potential endangered species listing in Idaho. Details of the agreement will be released during a break at the Idaho Grazing Summit now underway in the Boise City Hall Council Chambers. Crapo will also join with the Idaho Food Bank at 2:00 p.m. today to announce a Congressional Award honoring the Food Bankâ??s new after-school childrenâ??s nutrition program. The â??Kids Caféâ?? program serves some 2500 children statewide at 65 sites. The news conference will be held at the Pioneer Neighborhood Community Center at 500 Ash, just off River Street in the Pioneer Subdivision.# # #
