Crapo: Idaho's Military Could Be Growing

Washington, DC - Idaho Senator Mike Crapo says Idaho's Mountain Home Air Force Base and Gowen Field at the Boise Air Terminal have made the cut for consideration in housing the Air Force's elite new F-35 aircraft and support personnel.

The announcement means Idaho's military facilities are one more step closer to new missions. If chosen, the Air Force could be sending new personnel and aircraft to Idaho's facilities.
