Crapo to Address Idaho Hispanic Chamber; Donate Books at Wilder Elementary School

Partners with CCI, Commission on Hispanic Affairs

Nampa - Idaho Senator Mike Crapo will visit the Hispanic Cultural Center of Idaho tomorrow to speak to members of the Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  Crapo will speak on economic and tax issues and answer questions from the business group during the luncheon event.

Following the Chamber address, Crapo travels to Wilder to make a book donation at Wilder Elementary School.  Crapo is partnering with the Community Council of Idaho (CCI), the Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs and the Idaho Education for the Association of Young Children to donate nearly 1500 books, in English and Spanish languages, to the elementary school students.  The books are made available at no charge through the Library of Congress and encourage reading among America's youth.
