Crapo to address legislature, hold town meetings week of February 19

Events Scheduled for State Work Period During Week of February 19

WASHINGTON – During the February state work period, Idaho Senator Mike Crapo, Chairman of the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, will address both chambers of the Idaho State legislature and host three town meetings in unincorporated Idaho communities.  A former member of the Idaho State Senate, Crapo previously represented Bonneville County (District 32) during which he served as assistant majority leader and later as Senate President Pro-Tempore. 

In addition to his remarks to the legislature, Crapo will host town meetings in Gardena, Sweet, and Ola.  After holding more than 200 town meeting in all of Idaho’s incorporated cities between 2014-2016, Crapo will now embark on hosting town meetings in Idaho’s unincorporated cities and communities.  These three communities will be the first in that series.
