Legislative Assistant to work on energy and environment issues
Washington, DC - Idaho Senator Mike Crapo has named Craig Ferguson as Legislative Assistant, charged with advising Crapo on energy, natural resources, environment, public lands, and water issues. "I look forward to a strong working relationship with Craig and he brings qualified experience to my staff," Crapo said. "Craig has an excellent background and will be a great asset in aiding with issues that are so critical to Idahoans."Ferguson, originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, joined Crapo's staff after most recently serving as a Legislative Assistant to former Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell where he handled energy, environment, and agriculture issues. Ferguson graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska with a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences in 1999. Ferguson also served as a museum assistant at the Smithsonian Institution and previous to that worked for the polling firm of Fabrizio, McLaughlin, & Associates.
